With respect to Article 3.27 , the competent authoritie= s may prescribe a yellow scintillating light instead of the blue for= fire-fighting and rescue vessels.
Note by the secretariat:
In accordance with article 9.04, par= agraph 9, the following administrations prescribe a yellow scintillating li= ght instead of the blue one for fire-fighting and rescue vessels:
1. Austria: fire-fighting and rescue=
vessels may display a red scintillating light instead of the blue;
2. Czech Republic: yellow lights for rescue vessels;
3. Lithuania;
4. Turkey.
