Based on the outcomes of the 15th session of the Team of Specialists on Innovation and Competitiveness Policies (ToS-ICP), international policy dialogue, this side-event brought together ETIN members and leading experts to discuss, explore and exchange experiences in strategic learning and experimentation for transformative innovation. Identified good practices and policy recommendations will be reported to the UNECE Committee on Innovation and Competitiveness Policies in spring 2024 and also feed into future ETIN activities under work theme 2. |

The event is inspired by the success of the UNECE Sub-regional Innovation Policy Outlook (IPO), a UNECE flagship publication which provides a comprehensive assessment of innovation policies, identifying best practices and areas for improvement. |
