Supreme Decree No. 046 -2020-PCM and Art. 4 of RM 0232-2020-MTC / 01.02, establishes that during the State of Emergency, foreign trade operations and the transportation of cargo and merchandise by air, sea, land, rail and river routes are not included within the temporary closure of borders. The authorities will adopt the necessary measures to guarantee the entry and exit of merchandise from the country through authorized ports, airports and border points.

Decreto Supremo N° 046 -2020-PCM y Art. 4 de la RM 0232-2020-MTC/01.02, establece que durante el Estado de Emergencia, las operaciones de comercio exterior y el transporte de carga y mercancías por las vías aérea, marítima, terrestre, ferroviaria y fluvial no se encuentran comprendidas dentro del cierre temporal de fronteras.
