SUPREME DECREE N ° 4196, ARTICLE 8 (CLOSURE OF BORDERS). Starting at zero hours on Friday, March 20, until Tuesday, March 31, 2020, border closures are arranged throughout the territory of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
II. What is indicated in the preceding paragraph does not include Bolivian citizens, Bolivians and residents returning to Bolivian territory, people belonging to diplomatic missions, special missions and / or international organizations, nor drivers of international cargo and freight transport, which must comply the protocol and procedures of the Ministry of Health.

DECRETO SUPREMO N° 4196, ARTÍCULO 8 (CIERRE DE FRONTERAS). A partir de las cero horas del día viernes 20 hasta el día martes 31 de marzo de 2020, se dispone el cierre de fronteras en todo el territorio del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia.
II. Lo señalado en el Parágrafo precedente no incluye a ciudadanas bolivianas, bolivianos y residentes que retornen a territorio boliviano, personas pertenecientes a misiones diplomáticas, misiones especiales y/u organismos internacionales, como tampoco conductores del transporte internacional de carga y mercancías, mismos que deberán cumplir el protocolo y procedimientos del Ministerio de Salud.

RESOLUTION N ° RA-PE-01-006-20, of March 13, 2020: Suspends the calculation of the deadlines established for Foreign Trade Operators and Administrators, in the procedures of customs regimes and special customs destinations (operations and procedures customs), tax, administrative and others, it must be restarted automatically the next business day after the Declaration of Sanitary Emergency is lifted due to the presence of the outbreak of the Coronavirus COVID-19.

RESOLUCIÓN N° RA-PE-01-006-20, del 13 de marzo del 2020: Suspende el cómputo de los plazos establecidos para los Operadores de Comercio Exterior y Administrados, en los procedimientos de regímenes aduaneros y destinos aduaneros especiales (operaciones y trámites aduaneros), tributarios, administrativos y otros, debiendo reiniciarse el mismo automáticamente al día siguiente hábil del levantamiento de la Declaración de Emergencia Sanitaria por la presencia del brote del Coronavirus COVID-19.
