EXECUTIVE DECREE 42253, March 24, 2020: Hourly regulation of the night vehicle restriction. During the days Monday to Sunday, inclusive, and in the period between 22:00 and 05:00, vehicular traffic will not be allowed throughout the national territory. Art 4: The following cases are excepted: vehicles for the transport of merchandise or cargo, public transport vehicles destined for the paid transport of people, vehicles that provide the service and fuel supply, vehicles that provide the garbage collection service, among others.

DECRETO EJECUTIVO 42253, 24 marzo 2020: ART. Regulación horaria de la restricción vehicular nocturna. Durante los días lunes a domingo, inclusive, y en el período comprendido entre las 22:00 horas y las 05:00 horas, no se permitirá el tránsito vehicular en todo el territorio nacional. Art. 4: Se exceptúa de la restricción vehicular a los siguientes casos: vehículos de transporte de mercancía o carga, vehículos de transporte público destinados al transporte remunerado de personas, vehículos que presten el servicio y abastecimiento de combustibles, vehículos que presten el servicio de recolección de basura, entre otros.
