Resolution No. MTOP-DVGT-2020-0001-R, 15 March 2020: In order to maintain Ecuador's commercial relations with Colombia and Peru, the transport of international cargo may cross the border as long as it complies with the enabling documents (determined in the legal regulations in force and international instruments)
