- Passenger flights to Iraq remain suspended until further notice.
- Cargo flights are available to book through the Humanitarian Booking Hub, to Baghdad.

- Urge Iraqis residing in the Islamic Republic of Iran to return to the homeland until 15 March 2020. After this date, all border crossings will be closed for receiving Iraqis, except for Baghdad, Basra, Najaf and Erbil airports
- Stop the movement of trade exchange at land border crossings with the Islamic Republic of Iran as well as the State of Kuwait from 8 March 2020 until 15 March 2020. The decision will be reviewed according to the latest developments of the casualties in consultation with the Ministry of Health and Environment.
- Continuation of the movement of trade exchange at maritime and air border crossings with the condition of presenting a sanitary certificate ensuring the safety of crews and cargo from the virus from the incoming countries.
- Continuation of preventing the movement of arrivals of States mentioned previously except official and diplomatic delegations
- Stop the entry of foreigners coming from Spain and France
- The continuation of suspension of flights from and to the Republic of Iraq until Saturday 28 March 2020 and reassess the situation according to the situation of the epidemic. The suspension has been extended until 11 April 2020
- Ban the travel of citizens to the following countries: China, Iran, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Italy, Kuwait and Bahrain, except the foreign, official and diplomatic delegations.
- Stop the entry of foreigners coming from State of Kuwait and Bahrain, until further notice.
- حث العراقيين المقيمين في جمهورية إيران الإسلامية بالعودة إلى أرض الوطن لغاية تاريخ 15 آذار 2020، وبعد هذا التاريخ تغلق المنافذ الحدودية كافة عن استقبال العراقيين باستثناء مطارات بغداد، والبصرة، والنجف واربيل
- إيقاف حركة التبادل التجاري في المنافذ البرية مع جمهورية إيران الإسلامية ودولة الكويت من تاريخ 8 آذار 2020 ولغاية 15 آذار 2020 و يراجع القرار بحسب مستجدات الإصابة ورؤية وزارة الصحة والبيئة وتقييمها
- استمرار عملية التبادل التجاري في المنافذ البحرية والجوية بشرط تقديم شهادة صحية تؤكد سلامة الطواقم والبضائع من الفيروس من الدول القادمة منها
- الاستمرار بمنع حركة الوافدين من الدول التي تم ذكرها سابقا باستثناء الوفود الرسمية والدبلوماسية
- إيقاف دخول الوافدين الأجانب القادمين من فرنسا واسبانيا
- الاستمرار بتعليق الرحلات الجوية من وإلى جمهورية العراق لغاية يوم السبت الموافق 28 آذار 2020 وإعادة تقييم الوضع حسب الموقف الوبائي. تم تمديد التعليق حتى 11 نيسان 2020
- منع سفر المواطنين إلى الدول التالية: الصين، ايران، اليابان، كوريا الجنوبية، تايلاند، سنغافورة، إيطاليا، الكويت، البحرين. يستثنى الوفود الرسمية والأجنبية والهيآت الدبلوماسية من إجراءات الفقرة أعلاه
- إيقاف دخول الوافدين من مملكة البحرين ودولة الكويت وإلى إشعار آخر
- خضوع جميع الوافدين من الدول أعلاه لإجراءات الفحص الطبي الالزامي في المنافذ الحدودية
